Austin was super nice and he did exactly what he said. He came to diagnose the unit, replaced the capacitor, and told me he needs to come back to get the blower motor the next day since these parts aren’t in stock. He told me exactly when he would come back, and he did exactly that. He did a great job. I run a mechanic shop, so I already had an idea of the parts needed. I felt confident that he didn’t try and sell me any extra services and that he was very honest. He even trusted me by leaving my house without any payment the first night until he came back. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Great customer service is what makes me love small businesses like this. He even pulled my trashcan in! He deserved every penny and some.
