Contest Rules

Eligibility

• The contest is open to single-family homes or condominiums that are owner-occupied.
• Only one entry per household is allowed.
• Contestants must be 21 years of age or older, own the home they are entering in the contest, and reside within our service area.

Submission Deadline

• All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on April 30th, 2024.

Verification

• The owner is required to provide the original installation date information (if available) or provide a photo of the A/C unit sticker.

All contestants may be subject to an in-person verification by Accutemp to confirm.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected on or around May 5th, after proper verifications have been completed.
• The winner will be notified via telephone before any public announcements.

Prize Details 

• The winning entry will receive a new A/C unit that is equivalent to their existing unit.
• Upgrades to different types or sizes of A/C units are not included.

Use of Images and Information 

• The winning entry grants Accutemp permission to use images and likenesses of both the old and new units, the homeowner's name, and photos in promotional materials.

Prize Restrictions

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No entry fee or purchase is necessary to participate.

Installation and Fees

• Any required improvements to bring the installation into compliance with existing building and mechanical codes are not included.
• Permit fees are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the homeowner.
