This company has been an absolute blessing! They came out on one of the coldest days of the month in sleet and ice and installed our new HVAC unit when it died the night before. They were fast and efficient and got us heat when we needed it badly. The owner even let us borrow a couple of floor heaters to get us through the night of no heat so our pipes wouldn't freeze. I recommend this company to everyone now due to the care they show their customers.

Awesome experience with AccuTemp Heating and Air Conditioning today. Got the service plan and what a great plan with excellent customer service. They did a thorough job and even found an issue which was missed by a previous HVAC company. I knew something was wrong because it was so loud turning on and off, but the other company didn't find anything. AccuTemp found it without me even prompting them—it was a bad capacitor causing the loud start up of the system. Very happy with AccuTemp!

Our heat went out suddenly, and I called Accutemp late Friday afternoon. The technician arrived at 8 a.m. the next morning and discovered the problem. The part that was defective was not in stock anywhere, so he ordered it. He called me Wednesday afternoon and said the part had arrived. Within an hour he was here, installed the part, and we had heat. Really liked the technician. He was courteous and professional. I plan on using Accutemp if or when I have heat or air conditioning problems.
