AccuTech Advantage - Basic
Essential maintenance and VIP service to keep your systems in top shape. Your Basic membership includes:
- Two professional maintenance visits per year
- A full system inspection and cleaning during each visit
- VIP front-of-the-line scheduling
- 24-hour emergency service with no overtime rates
- 15% discount on repairs, services, and indoor air quality products
Pricing: $15/month for your first system, and $10/month for each additional system.
AccuTech Advantage - Elite (Most Popular)
Our most popular plan includes everything in Basic, plus advanced protection with real-time monitoring:
- AccuTech Pulse™ Smart Monitoring Thermostat
- Real-time system performance monitoring
- Early alerts for abnormal operation
- Proactive service recommendations — before breakdowns happen
Pricing: $25/month for your first system, and $10/month for each additional system. Your first AccuTech Pulse™ thermostat is included at no charge; additional Pulse thermostats are available for $249 each.
Thorough, Professional Maintenance
During each visit, our technicians perform a comprehensive inspection of your systems. On the cooling side, that includes checking refrigerant charge and operating pressures, cleaning the condenser coil and condensate line, and testing electrical connections, voltage, and temperature differential. On the heating side, we clean burners, adjust combustion air and controls, check the air temperature rise, and inspect wiring and connections. For your electrical system, we test circuit breakers, grounding, GFCIs, surge protection, voltage, and load. Standard 1-inch filters are included; specialty filters are sold separately.
What’s Covered and How to Join
The Advantage Plan covers your heating, cooling, and electrical systems with two maintenance visits per year on a one-year plan term, which you can cancel anytime after your first year is complete.
