Austin was super nice and he did exactly what he said. He came to diagnose the unit, replaced the capacitor, and told me he needs to come back to get the blower motor the next day since these parts aren't in stock. He told me exactly when he would come back, and he did exactly that. He did a great job. I run a mechanic shop, so I already had an idea of the parts needed. I felt confident that he didn't try and sell me any extra services and that he was very honest. He even trusted me by leaving my house without any payment the first night until he came back. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Great customer service is what makes me love small businesses like this. He even pulled my trashcan in! He deserved every penny and some.

I had a great experience with Austin at AccuTemp. He arrived on time and the same day. Austin was very personable and professional. He gave me a detailed explanation about the issues my air conditioner was having. He repaired my unit quickly and I had cold air blowing in no time. AccuTemp chose our family for a giveaway, and let me say how grateful we are to this company. They installed all new HVAC equipment, and thermostat, and put in a new return vent in our back bedroom. They went above and beyond! My husband just thought he signed up to win a new AC unit, so we feel very shocked and blessed by the whole outcome. AC didn’t work for a day or so. Got a call through my landlord from a guy named Austin. He showed up an hour before expected, examined every part of our AC unit and worked on it for almost two hours. ON A SUNDAY! Highly recommend this company as they are professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.

Austin was very professional and arrived on time. I am very impressed the company does not charge extra for evening or weekend service calls. He had my AC unit running again quickly and the prices were very reasonable.

I could say a thousand wonderful things! From the time I placed an inquiry, the service was outstanding! AND the prices were great too! Maria got in touch with me so quickly when I put in an inquiry, it was within 30 minutes and she was able to have a tech to me the same day. I also called at about 2:35 and she was able to have someone to me at about 4:30 after I got home from work! Austin was phenomenal and took his time diagnosing what the actual issue was, he explained to me to where I could understand what the issue was and was able to give me options to fix the problem. Took his time cleaning my evap coil and replacing my refrigerant and was so kind and friendly. He checked my system afterwords and my ac was running like it was brand new! I couldn’t recommend accutemp enough!
